East Lake Cafe at 3430 East Lake Road South #3, Palm Harbor, Florida.

I kept coming back to this restaurant despite the horrible service, because I liked the California Eggs Benedict. However, they have now removed that item from the menu also removing any desire for me to come back. After going inside to be seated, as per their policy, (we learned this lesson the hard way) one of the waitresses said to seat ourselves outside and she would bring us out some menus. After 15 minutes,(yes, I timed it) still no menus. We were able to flag down another server to bring us a menu and finally place our order. After our food was brought out, our waitress disappeared. After waiting another 15 minutes (yes, I also timed this) after we were finished eating for the check I went inside to ask someone to track our server down whose response was "oh I thought I gave it to you already". Don't let the owner try to tell you their poor service is a result of the patrons failing to follow the restaurants policies or that it was it was a one time fluke. I could go on for paragraphs explaining the several occasions we have visited this restaurant and were left feeling like we were an inconvienice to the servers.
